Happy National Pasta Day… October 25! {+ Classico Sweeps- 5 jars, 1 winner}

October 25th is National Pasta Day. {I’m not ashamed to admit that it’s National Pasta Day in my home once every week!!}

Any guesses what we’ll be having for lunch?…

Whole grain spaghetti, homemade Italian Zesty Spinach Meatballs swimming in Classico’s Seasonal Selections Creamy Spinach & Parmesan gluten free sauce  with crispy, 4 Cheese , Garlic Bread.

It isn’t hard to put together a meal like this especially if you pick the right sauce for the pasta you choose to dish out for your family’s meal. (Remember you don’t have to be over-ambitious and struggle through making meatballs from scratch. Another alternative would be to cook your ground meat or poultry in your red sauce or choice or grill some chicken strips for a white sauce)

Before shopping for the Classico sauce for your pasta, make sure you pair the right sauces with their corresponding pasta. Here’s some advice…

Once you open a jar of Classico‘s sauce you need to get rid of the bottle in 3-5 days.

Yes, even if it is refrigerated , as it doesn’t include any preservatives…

but remember you can freeze any unused sauce for upto 3 months.

Can you say yum?

Tell me…

Which Classico sauce do you think will be the next on your grocery shopping list?

Win it:

One reader will win 5 VIP coupons for one free jar of Classico sauce each.
