Before I answer the entry question I’d like to share something with you and your readers if you don’t mind.
Last night I was praying long and hard. I’m sad to say It was the first in a while since I have taken the time out to pray like that. I tend to back slide alot as a Christian and as I get older I’m realizing more and more that I need to have more faith. It’s been almost 3 months ago that my brother passed away and I’m knowing and understanding that my relationship with God (due to my part)should be so much more closer. At any time, any minuite we can loose something or someone that can be so devastating and hurtful and only God will be the one to pull us through it all. I look at my children everyday and I smile because I know they are a blessing I never deserved. Being disabled I struggle without being able to work, It’s hard to be a stay at home mother but when I remind myself of how short life is and that money doesn’t make peace and happiness I’m ok with being home. I can see my kids all day and know what their doing, who their friends are and be closer to them as much as possible and I’m truely ok with this.
So I prayed for a more of a understanding about my life and asking if I’m doing what I should be doing and more.. then when I wake up to turn on my computer I go right to your blog and somehow ended up on this page. This book is a book I look forward to reading, my fingers are crossed! I know this is something God has in my path.
A stay at home mom is….. a mother who is blessed to be with their children throughout the day and to be able to be closer to them and teach them how to grow. It’s just easier then working a 9-5 and not having the extra time on my hands…

A stay at home mom is blessed. I get looks of pity from my friends a lot because I am “stuck at home with my kids.” But they don’t know what they are giving up by leaving the care of their children to others. I am so blessed to be with my kids everyday and share every moment as they grow.
