CLOSED: Designing Dreams into Reality…Bellafaith Design (A 1200$ #WordPress #Blog #Makeover #Giveaway)

Change is never easy. The move from Blogger to WordPress was hard enough but letting go of my bunny was harder still.

 

 

I spent a good week thinking and re-thinking my decision to get a blog makeover, embraced with lots of praying, and finally decided that I needed to let go of the happy bunny.

At the moment it seemed like that was the hardest blog decision ever but the biggest was yet to come…

finding the right designer to take up the challenge to create a design that my heart desired but could not be put onto paper !

 

One afternoon while combing through Google, I stumbled upon Bellafaith Design.

 

Bellafaith Design was founded by Kayla, a self taught web designer who offers custom designs for blogs, websites, Facebook pages and more.   When she isn’t working at client design projects, this Christian Mommy is spending time with her 4 little ones (The oldest being 4 and the youngest just a few months old!) Wow!

 

The Journey…

Explaining my vague vision for the blog design didn’t make things easy for Kayla but she cheerfully took up the challenge. Several descriptive questions and detailed answers later, she brought forward a concept that I loved in a heartbeat!

To step up the design a step further she asked me a few questions about Bunny girl and Bunny Boo, I sent her a photograph and 2 days later, my inbox received the cutest graphic reproduction of my two Bunnies…

 

 

and to ensure I didn’t miss the “Bunny” element in the design, her creative genius brought forth Bunny finger paint impressions.

 

 

Can you tell, I absolutely LOVE the design?

 

 

It has everything I’ve ever wanted in my dream design- vibrancy, fun, that special touch of everything unique…

and MUCH MORE!

 

I also love the way she has rearranged everything to give the blog a crisp, clean, uncluttered look. All the links that were existent on the earlier blog are still here but they’re neatly tucked away under relevant categories and in snug new spots.

The Experience…

 

Working with Kayla was like working with a friend. She was patient to answer my gazillion queries, quick to respond to any revisions I’d think of at the nth moment and was incredibly down to earth. (God knew I was very apprehensive to work with a stuffy designer!)

She put my worried mind at ease when I left the Bloggy Makeover Project in her hands and looking at the end result, I know I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

 

I praise God for putting Bellafaith Design on my Web path (a total God-incidence!) because today Energizer Bunnies Mommy Reports is testament of the fact that Kayla does such an awesome job of “Designing Dreams into Reality”!
