I was quite the nerd and loved most everything about school…except PE. Recess was awesome, PE…not so much. =) And yes…I’m a GFC Follower.
I loved the smell of new pencils freshly sharpened. wierd, I know, but it meant school was starting.
I had 6 older siblings that were already going to school and I couldn’t wait to begin 1st grade. I still can see my 1st grade teacher’s face. I LOVED Mrs. Ashendorfer because she was wonderful and made it such fun to learn. Learning to read was my favorite!
What I love about my school is forest smell (yea, my school’s in the forest
) and the freshness of air. Very relaxing.

On Thursdays we always had popcorn day. That was my favorite. I always looked forward to popcorn day!

I loved to take science classes, one of my favorites was Geology. We also would take extra change for pentax pencil break contests.
Most people didnt like this, but I loved lunch time at school, I actually enjoyed the cafeteria food.
